Shipping rates
Products are shipped via courier service and are securely delivered to your address within three or four working days from the date when the order was payed for. For orders outside Greece, products are shipped via ELTA, between two and seven working days after order confirmation. bears no responsibility for any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, hence the aforementioned timeframe will be extended accordingly for as long as the delaying condition applies.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the order form. Products are always accompanied by the corresponding payment documents. A customer has the option to select the type of payment documents (invoice or retail receipt) by completing the corresponding field in the website.

Orders outside Greece cost 12.50 EUR,

Shipping fees for packages prepaid via bank transfer or via credit card:
Courier service: € 4.00 (delivery at your location), while orders over 50€ are free of charge for all destinations in Greece
Shipping fees for COD packages sent via Courier service:
Courier: € 4.00 (delivery at your location), while orders over 50€ are free of charge for all destinations in Greece
Fees for packages prepaid via bank transfer or via credit card and shipped outside Greece:
ELTA registered mail: € 12.50 (delivery at your location)
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order during the online ordering procedure, you can select “cancel” to automatically stop the procedure.
Return policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
It should be noted that the returned products must not be used, worn, modified or have suffered any damage, while the labels accompanying the product should be present, exactly as they were when you received the product together with the retail sale receipt or invoice. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or destroyed product, will proceed with all possible actions to replace it with the same or a similar product, without any extra expenses on your behalf.
